Polo Design resolution

Hello all, I have troubles with the Polo designs. When I uploads the files, I always got this error “This design cannot be printed on this product. Please choose a different product or another design.” I tried with the resolutions: 4000x4000, 2000x2000, 1000x1000, 11’‘x11’’ but still got the same error. Please help me what design resolution for Polo’s front. Thank you so much
