Thermo Sublimation

Thermo sublimination is a printing technique used on mugs, cups and cases (iPad, iPhone, Kindle etc.).

The design is first printed inverted onto a transfer foil. Then it is pressed onto the product using high temperatures. A special layer on the product reacts with the color pigments and permanently binds with them.

note:The optimal resolution for prints with thermo sublimation is 400 dpi. If your graphics have a higher or lower resolution, this is bound to influence the quality of the print.

The result is integrated directly into the product's surface - the design does not protrude from the product. The extreme durability even after many dishwasher runs and exposure to sunlight make thermo sublimination a long-lasting and high-quality option for accessories.

Note:White elements of the design are not printed with thermo-sublimation. Therefore, the base color of the accessory being printed will appear through where white would normally be.
