Olympics 2012 - avoid copyright infringement
The Olympics this year make it particularly important to avoid infringement of copyright-protected trademarks. Any infringement results in severe financial penalties, and this is why we want to make you aware of some fundamental guidelines. You will find a survey as well as a list of all registered trademarks on our forum and the blog. Please make sure that you read and understand these guidelines so that you can be sure that none of the texts and designs put up in your shop will attract attention on the part of a third party. Product line changes for Contrast T-Shirts
Men's Contrast T-Shirt will be deleted from our range as of February 6. We will still keep the Football Fan Shirt and transfer all existing products to it. Since both products are so similar and only really differ slightly, we decided to keep the better of the two products. The Football Fan Shirt has a lighter consistency, better colors and delivers better printing results. We will also include more product colors in the near future.
Additionally we will broaden the range with a corresponding product for women whilst offering the same colors. In doing so, we will also delete the Women's Contrast T-Shirt and instead offer a product of better quality which is available in more colors.
Moreover, we will also replace the Classic Kids T-Shirt with a new product. Our new supplier is going to be B&C as they are able to offer more colors and also sizes for teenagers. So it will be possible to offer the same product to the whole family in future!
