Mircalla is the name of the girl vampire protagonist of the novel Carmilla by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu (1814-73), in which I was inspired to create the symbolic design of the possessive and deadly Mircalla affection for a girl, which is the broken by destroying the monster.
