Muay Lao is a traditional unarmed martial art from Laos. It is similar to Muay Thai in Thailand, Pradal Serey in Cambodia, Tomoi in Malaysia and as a similar art called Lethwei in Myanmar. It incorporates punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes.
