Web Developer (m/f) in Boston

As a part of the Sales Implementation Team, you work with partners, brands and companies of international renown. You’ll be dealing with agencies, start-up companies, social networks, sports and music companies as well as entertainment firms and the e-commerce trade. During the implementation of projects, you work closely together with managers, graphic designers and sales managers. Your main tasks comprise of the creation and implementation of creatively functional web applications and tools. By means of deploying javascript, PHP, XML and MySQL, you are able to implement your ideas and those of others. Moreover, you are also able to excel with your experience and knowledge concerning new trends and web technology, which makes you an esteemed consultant during the conceptual phase of web projects.


Your profile

  • You have a pertinent degree or education that meets the requirements
  • Your knowledge of IT for web purposes is sound (PHP, MySQL, Javascript)

Strategic Marketing Manager (m/f) – Key Accounts

As our Strategic Marketing Manager (m/f) your position will be to generate leads for our BSI Business Unit (Key Accounts). You will be in direct contact with Key Account Managers that work with new and existing partners. Your main task will be to generate campaigns and strategies that help generate leads for the Key Account Managers. You will additionally be working with a number of internal marketing agencies within Spreadshirt that include SEO team, Paid Marketing team, Content team, Marketing Communications team. You will also work directly with a number of other teams not under the Marketing umbrella, which include Graphics. You will directly report to Head of Global Marketing.


Your tasks in detail

  • Develop and manage lead generation programs for the BSI Business Unit
  • Develop prospect nurturing programs for the BSI Business Unit
  • Find and manage new ways of generating and qualifying leads
  • Decide online & offline marketing strategies for our EU markets
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to develop and implement lead management plans
  • Develop and monitor lead performance metrics and work with Marketing and Sales to optimize the lead funnel
  • Work on development and management of a lead follow up plan in place for campaigns
  • Develop lead qualification plans to guide both internal resources and third parties
  • Own development of any content or landing pages that are needed for lead development
  • Provide weekly and quarterly lead management reporting for both Marketing and Sales


Your profile

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in lead generation marketing strategies
  • Experience working with internal and external agencies
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-moving technical and cross-functional environment
  • Excellent organizational, writing, presentation and project management skills
  • Technical proficiency with marketing automation systems, business intelligence and visualization tools, and CRMs
  • Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce.com, and Qlikview is preferred
  • Highly data driven and experienced working with comprehensive analysis of campaigns, promotions, SEM campaigns
  • Excellent written and spoken English, another EU language is a plus, especially German or French
  • Experienced in working in an international business across multiple countries
  • Very good knowledge of e-commerce business & conversion funnel challenges on different markets
  • You are used to work with adobe programs such as photoshop, illustrator, indesign, lightroom

SEO Manager (m/f)

Primary duties will include the development of a consistent, high level testing program, managing the development of long tail campaigns, as well as managing and improving the product feeds that support the Google Merchant platform.



  • Increasing sales in North America (US and Canada) from Search PPC campaigns
  • Manage reports and analytical efforts
  • Monitoring of technical issues (Google, Webmaster Tools)

Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working full-time directly in SEO
  • Experience in using web analytics
  • Bachelors Degree in Relevant Field

  • Excellent communication, project management and prioritization skills with the ability to work well with an international team and an off-site manager
  • Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
