Do I maintain legal rights on my uploaded designs?

Yes, you are still the legal owner - you keep all legal rights - of your designs. You allow us to offer your designs on the Spreadshirt Marketplace, in the Spreadshirt Designer, and in other members' shops.

You can remove your designs from the design network at anytime. We will complete any existing orders and then proceed to delete your design from our database.
