I'm having technical problems with the order process. Any suggestions?
Ordering with Spreadshirt works just fine with most browsers (e.g. Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Opera.) If you do have technical problems, please check the following points and try again to place an order:
- Does your browser have the latest version of the Flash Player?
- Are javascript, cookies and pop-ups activated in your browser? If not, the Spreadshirt shop might not be represented properly.
- Are the high security preferences of your firewall and/or your router interfering with the data transfer over the internet?
If you continue to experience problems, you may want to try using a different web browser. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox for the best results.
