I am equally frustrated. And I have to be doing email blasts keeping everyone in the loop and don’t know if we will be able to use the code. Of course, it’s valid when there is no customer service available.
I got the same error message, and already sent an email to service. As an answer to my email, because is Sunday, i received a message that they would reply to my e-mail in the next 24 business hours – but then, the coupon won’t be valid for real. I’m frustrated!

I’m having the same problem as Joe, every time I (and customers) try to purchase from my shop using the coupon code “witchinghour”, it shows the message: “This coupon has already been used and is no longer valid”
@joe, just tested and it’s working fine for me. Please try again, and if it’s not working send an email to service and we’ll try and help you out with it.
