November is Mustache Month

The mustache is back in style. Yes, the mustache. November is now officially known as “Movember,” the month that celebrates the mighty mo. But Movember isn’t your typical mustache awareness month. It’s strangely not about mustaches. It’s about men’s health awareness, specifically prostate cancer awareness and other cancers that affect men. The mustache, as they say, is in the details.

The Movember challenge is simple: grow, trim, and wax your mustache for 30 days starting November 1 and raise men’s health awareness through your epic stache. Here are the official rules from the Movember website:

1. Start on November 1 clean shaven. No beard-overs from past months of lazy shaving.

2. Grow your mo for the next 30 days.

3. No joining the mustache to any other facial hair (i.e. the sideburns or chin hair)

4. Get everyone who asks or comments about your mustache or mustache t-shirt to donate to any men’s health charity organization.

Now, sporting a mustache isn’t for everyone. I’m thinking women and those with some semblance of self-respect. For the non-mustache wearers, there is perhaps a much easier way to show your solidarity with the men’s health movement: wear a mustache t-shirt from Spreadshirt.

We have an awesome assortment of mustache t-shirts, so be sure to check them out and gear up for the greatest Movember ever. Mustache rides and mustache superheroes are just a few of the custom designs Spreadshirt specializes in. These mustache t-shirts are awesome conversation starters. It’s never been easier to raise awareness about men’s health issues: grow a stache and sport the mo t-shirt. Mustache season is now officially open.
