This has to be the worst customer experience I have ever had at a company! Instead of the “FREE” 7 day select I went with the 3 day select shipping which costs extra to get my gifts delivered early. Little did I know that actually meant 8 full days and 5 business days! What a rip off. Now the gifts I ordered will not be arriving in time. Extremely disappointing and will never order from this site again.
