Bulk Service is Now Called Yink!

Our bulk service has a new name – Yink. Spreadshirt bulk’s top quality will stay the same, and Yink’s motto “One team. One look.” will make sure that the future is bright for teams to receive a uniform look with custom clothing. Volume orders of 50 or more products come with individual consulting, a volume discount that increases with a higher item count and many different print methods. The team has doubled since the relaunch and has expanded their international operations.

Dirk Meyer, Director of Yink, spoke to me about what the team focused on during their rebranding: “We were looking for a name that was short, catchy and international, and at least partly described our business.”

When I asked him how they exactly got to the name “Yink”, he explained: “Of course, we offer embroidery and laser printing, but textile printing (thus the “ink”) makes up the biggest part of our business. We then added the Y for “you” to ink. The Y in the logo represents the printing tool, the point below as a drop of ink or the beginning of an embroidery stitch.”
