2015 is just about in the books, and we sure have been through a lot together this year, haven’t we? We hope that your experiences as either a designer or Shop Partner with Spreadshirt have been not only profitable, but rewarding as well. As we look forward to many exciting developments in 2016, we take a look back at some of 2015’s more memorable moments.
Premium for All
The year started with a bang, as we made advantages once only available to premium account holders available to all users absolutely free of charge. For a refresher of the options that we opened up to all account holders, you can click here. This offering was met with an overwhelmingly positive response, as users delighted in the new capabilities available to all.
New Checkout
In May we introduced a much smoother and more efficient checkout that has increased conversion rates by more than 17%! Not only are Partners bringing in more money, but the entire look and feel of the new checkout was streamlined to one page, making purchases easier for customers too!
User Area Revamp
Thanks to Petra and the Development Team, the entire User Area took a huge step forward in July with a massive reorganization. They continue to work very hard on improving the uploading and managing process, to the tune of an even more streamlined and efficient release in the future. Here, you can read the in-depth interview with Petra.
The New SpreadShop
A huge development in Partner world, the release of the new SpreadShop made optimization, mobile-friendly use and managing your Shops a breeze. Thanks to the testing and input of Partners like you, we were able to implement and release a streamlined and user-friendly Shop system that has been met with rave reviews.
Design Contests
Always a favorite with Partners, designers, social media fans and employees alike, our design contests were a big hit again in 2015. We ran two contests—one in May (“Spread Your Message”) and one in September (“#SpreadMusic”)—and once again were blown away by the unbridled creativity of our entrants. Let’s bang our hands together in a final curtain call for our winners, EliMc and his I Love You Mustachio Ice Cream design and DJ-Balogh with his I Play Good Music design. There are more designs contests to come in 2016. Get those creative juices flowing!
