New Partner Area Features are a Big Time Saver

With our latest release, we’ve improved the way you manage your designs and products to help save you boatloads of time and effort. Now you can adjust pricing and tags for multiple designs and determine your products’ default colors in a single step. These two new functionalities will have your designs up and ready for sale much faster than before.

Manage multiple designs

We’ve made some helpful changes in the design overview section. Perhaps you’ve already seen the little check boxes in the top-right corner of the design tiles? Check the box to bulk-select as many designs as you want to edit at once. The menu bar on top changes as soon as you select a design. You will now find the options “Keywords” and “Design Price” there. Choose one of these options to apply it to all the designs you’ve selected. It’ll save you a ton of time when adjusting the pricing or keywords of your designs.

Select product default colors

It gets even better. You can now select a default product color to display for each product group. If your Shop is centered around the color red, you can choose to represent each product group with a red product. If you feel your designs display better on white products, you now have the freedom to make that happen. Think of this function as the mannequin that stands in a store window: there are obviously more colors available inside the store; this is just the lure that gets the customers in and buying.

You will find a color icon in the bottom-right corner of each product group tile. Click on it to select the default color of the displayed product. Customers can still freely choose from the other colors offered for each product; you are merely changing the color of the product being displayed.

  1. New feature are far better. it automatically select colors of the product depends on the design that we uploaded.

  2. I noticed that ther are also less colors now in the designpart. The light blue voor baby’s turns dark navy now? The dark pink voor wonen is now red ….
    To present the designs I would like to have the Same choices as the customers.

      Yes, we are working on showing you all available colours. We will keep you updated.


  3. Still a beginner and just realized today that I have to revamp a number of designs. Bummed by the fact that they will each have to be rebuilt on the site from the ground up.

    I guess I’m new enough that it works for me.

    This will be a great help – but it would be terrific if an established design (even if it hasn’t sold, yet) could be updated using a special coded button, saving everything else, including the product I.D.

    Love the increasing color choices – hate that I was told the doggy scarf is being discontinued because it hasn’t sold well. Of course it hasn’t sold well, it was only available in black. Every woman I know who owns a dog would only snap up that scarf if it came in a choice of color. Black isn’t even fashionable at funerals, these days.

      Thanks for your feedback. What do you mean by “revamp a number of designs”? The doggy scarf isn’t being discontinued. It is still available. Who told you that? What kind of graphic are you trying to add to the product? Because only flex and digital transfer can be printed on this product.


  4. Hello. Sorry if you see this twice. I added a comment, but I don’t see it.

    My original questions was about this feature. I think this would be great, but don’t see it in my shop or an option to activate it. Is this still in beta or being tested? Please advise.



    • Hi Jay,

      this feature is only available in the new partner area. We are no longer developing the user area. You and plenty of others are of course still using it, but we are no longer releasing new features for it. You can always check out the new partner area if you sign up with a new e-mail address 🙂


  5. This seems like a great idea. I don’t see it or know how to activate it. Has it been completely rolled out for everyone or is it still in beta?
