Product is excellent but I was very disappointed in the shipping - it was a birthday gift for a young man with disabilities and the method used for shipping (UPS/USPS) wasn't good. Ordered on 12/1, scheduled for delivery 12/7-12/11 but not delivered until 12/13 so he didn't get it for party 12/11!
