Since this is custom made, I assume it's not returnable. It's really too small for a Youth Medium sweatshirt. I had ordered the same size for another child from a different maker and it was fine.

If the boy would stop growing it would be great ! Definitely order next size up, haven't washed it yet so don't know shrinking.

This is a high-quality sweatshirt, and has not shrunk or faded. Fantastic customer service! I ordered a small, which was too small for my son, so I called the company for an exchange. They told me to keep the old one and sent me a replacement at no cost. Great company, and great products.
