All of the codes being sent to our customers are failing

Hi there!

All of the codes being sent to our customers are failing. I tested it today with a product I purchased myself, and gave a code to only one person.

"Code can’t be applied. Please check the spelling, and whether your shopping basket meets the conditions. "

This particular order was for three items. One hoodies and two tee shirts. Shipping was applied to their order, so it’s not because it’s dual promos. Can someone please help me determine what might be happening, as it’s frustrating to customers to try to share and bring in new customers only to find it not working.

Can you let me know the code you’re sharing and the Shop you are trying to use it in?

Thank you for getting back to me. The three codes that came with my last order were: S3U7J3D, SEKI17F, and SOX7YLH. All three failed. MY customers have said the codes they shared with a friend also failed, and I can confirm that they were only shared with one person.

I also have a ticket in: Ticket #9VKSN, if it’s possible to merge these two, that would be fantastic.

I’m still a little confused. Where did you receive these codes? Via which action? Was it through customer service? Did you buy these codes? And you are trying to have them used in your Shop (tribe-vibe)?

Yes, we are trying to use them in Tribe Vibe. They are codes that we are getting in our orders (from the Tribe-Vibe show) when they arrive, to give a friend, etc.

I have not been in contact with a rep as yet, as my email about another matter has gone unanswered and the phone number shared on the site only goes to a voicemail.

Thanks for your quick reply. Sorry it took my longer to understand where these codes where coming from… but these are codes from flyers that are added to orders sent from our production. They are only valid on spreadshirt.com and not in a Partner Shop like your “Tribe Vibe” shop.

Did you receive them on Shop orders from your shop? Then there seems to be a mistake in adding these flyers to your orders…
