Big Issue - Sales page doesn't show front of shirt

I just spoke with someone on customer service and was told that on the Sales page, they do not show both sides of a multi-sided design. In my case, almost all are showing just the back, which is identical for all shirts. When it shows the back, it shows the filename of the design that went on the back, not the Design title that is available in the shop.

This means that I cannot see what design a customer purchased. I need to see these designs to track statistics and produce products that people want.

Please change this so that we can either choose what side is shown, or even better, have the sale reflect the title of the Design.

I still haven’t received a response to my email and obviously nothing in this thread. Someone named Ashley assisted me on the phone to say that there’s nothing they can do. This is a really serious and easily preventable problem - I’m surprised no one is addressing this. How are partners supposed to know what has sold?

It would be very easy to make sure the Sales page shows the name of the Design, even if it doesn’t show both sides.
