Our online Spreadshirt shop is continuing to block orders we place from our email account.
We haven’t made a purchase in over a week, so I am assuming this is the fraud protection because we had made multiple orders 2 weeks ago. I’m wondering if they can add our email so we can purchase swag using our card in our shop again?
We’ve run into this issue when we ordered bulk gift cards and the Spreadshirt system blocked our credit cards. Rico from Spreadshirt had to help us by getting our email into the system and now we can order gift cards.
However, we cannot make purchases directly from our Spreadshirt shop. Can you please help us?
