Country Tenants and Assorments, Currencies, Order Tracking

Hi, I am currently developing a custom shop. I’ve created a shop for EU with my EU account and imported the sellables into my system. Im currently setting up the model for my products and just found out that I will need another spreadshirt shop for USA.

Country Tenants
If I want to sell a product in EU and USA, will I have to create it in both shops and get two separate sellable IDs for them?

Since I only want to enrich the product with PIM data once and inherit that data down the layers, I’m thinking about having another layer in my data model so that I would have something like:

Product (PIM)

  • EU Sellable
    • Color
      • Size
  • USA Sellable
    • Color
      • Size

Is this necessary so that I’m able to create multiple tenants for the different shops, or is there a way to “marry” the sellables from EU and USA on the side of spreadshirt, so that they have the same sellable IDs? Otherwise I’ll have to setup that up on my side.

Currencies
Is there a way to have multiple currencies per shop? For example for the EU shop I want Euro and British Pounds.

Order Tracking
Since I could not find any information in the API documentation regarding that point, I’ll ask here. Is there a way to get information back for a basket if the customer actually committed the order? I’m thinking about creating an uncommitted order on my side, when redirecting a user to the spreadshirt checkout for his basket. Is there a way to get infos for a basket to find out if the user actually committed that? I’m thinking of polling that information in periods to committ the order on my side as well, otherwise I would have tons of uncommitted orders on my side.

Thanks in advance, David

Spreadshirt EU (sprd.net AG) and Spreadshirt NA (Spreadshirt Inc.) are basically separate companies, therefore there is no way to share/correlate data between them.

No, this is unfortunately not supported.

You can use Google Analytics but it’s rather used for aggregated marketing insights, not to integrate another system.

It almost sounds like you’re rather looking for a fulfillment partner. You do know that we also offer this via Shopify, right: https://www.spod.com/
