How do i transfer over my custom design drafts onto the marketplace without uploading the designs ?
it is not possible to sell the designs you created within the âCreate your ownâ Designer, as these designs are not your own creation and belong to the designers who uploaded them within their account.
If you want to sell designs on our marketplaces you need to create an account, upload you self-created designs and publish your products.
Thatâs the problem how do you download your designs in the first place?
Or should I just go to another site?
The instructions - well, I was going to say theyâre awful - but there are none.
Hey @User_NA-54a936f9,
you need to create designs by drawing it by yourself, scan or photograph it. You could also create a design by using software like photoshop, illustrator, gimp, inkscapeâŚ
Mixing already existing designs within our Create Your Own Section IS NOT a way of creating sellable Designs. It is just a way for customers!
The Designs the customers get in the Create Your Own Section were created by the partners with the mentioned possibilities.
EH? For goodness sake, I think you should recheck your logic. If I just created a design on your website, thenâŚI created it, I am the designer. If I am logged in, I should be able to save it to my account and use to sell just as if I had uploaded it and designed it from elsewhere.
Its like saying I canât write and send emails, I can only forward ones I have already received, which I have written elsewhere and then sent to myself. bahahaha
OK - one more try:
in the Create your own section you can mix already existing designs that other designers uploaded. You`re not creating something new by yourself. All designs and graphics you will find there where drawn and uploaded by other partners who now get their earning if you use their designs in the Create Your own Section.
Simply taking existing graphics and selling them is not a service we want to reward.
Creating a design is more than that. There are different ways to do this. Some designer draw a few sketches in their sketchbook, scan it and redraw it on the computer. Others use photos to make collages from them. Still others create illustrations entirely on the computer. Text designs are also created on the computer with different softwaresolutions. There are still some more ways to create cool designs.
The reason why you cannot earn money with the designs you used in the Create Your Own section is that you do not own them. The rights to the graphics used are owned by the designers who uploaded them.
The only thing you can do there as a customer is create your own t-shirt or product.
The Create Your Own Section is a completely Costumer oriented Section and has nothing to do with a solution for Sellers.
So if you want to sell designs: create designs, upload them into your account, create an assortment of products and chose your point of sale. Thatâs it.
I MADE MY OWN DESIGN MYSELF AND UPLOADED IT TO PRODUCT HOW DO I GET IT IN MY SHOP. i THINK THIS PERSON IS ASKING THE SAME THING KIND OF IN A WAY
I USED THREW ADOBE EXPRESS. WHEN i TRIED TO UPLOAD DESIGN IT WOULD ONLY LET ME PUT DESIGN ON EITHER FRONT OR BACK NOT BOTH WELL THE SHIRT IM MAKING IS A FRONT AND BACK T-SHIRT ONLY WAY I COULD DO THAT IS THREW CREAT DESIGN.
It is not possible to import designs made with spreadshirtâs own create-tool to your partner area. You would need to make the designs yourself in a graphic program and upload the images to your partner account.
If you want to make products that have the same design on the back and on the front, you need to upload the design twice, with a different name, e.g. ââdesign Fââ and ââdesign Bââ. Then you will be able to place the same design in two print areas.
you DO realise that there is more than one way of creating original designs apart from just drawing or painting in a sketch book? by combining clipart fonts or vector graphics into a new original design you can create a completely new and original piece of work, I understand that some other POD sites are spammed with âartistsâ just copying and uploading designs they have seen selling well. However it is extremely frustrating when hours and hours are spent coming up with ideas, creating original designs and ideas and then uploading them only to be rejected because they contain publically available clip art. absolutely bonkers
First of all, Spreadshirt should NOT have a create designs when you canât use them. That is a useless tool
