Design pending for ages

Hi,
Is there a backlog with approving designs? I had a design pending for ages so I reuploaded it (possibly not the best idea) and it’s still pending.
Any ideas?

I have two pending designs that have been pending for two days. While other designs got approved instantly. I made the design myself. Please help!
