I’ve been encountering a frustrating issue while trying to upload my designs to the Spreadshirt platform. Every time I attempt to upload a design, I receive an error message stating that the file format is not supported or that there was a problem processing the image. I’ve tried uploading designs in various formats such as JPEG, PNG, and SVG, but none seem to work. I’ve also made sure that the file sizes are within the specified limits. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? If so, how did you resolve it? I’m eager to get my designs up and running on Spreadshirt, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, please reach out to our customer service, feel free to email also the designs that give you the issue so we can have a look and understand if it is a requirement issue or less, as of now there aren’t issues reported with the upload system.
