How long does it take for a design to get aproved?

I have a general question. How long does it take for designs to be approved on average?

Ahoy @Kenzie_Care,

the average depends on the overall upload-volume. Sometimes the checkingprocess is done in 3 days and sometimes it can take up to 10 days.

Are you asking for a special design or is it more a general question?

If a design is rejected, how do i know if it was for quality issues, or against community standards? And how many rejections does it take before being put out to sea? And does it make a difference when the team makes the decision to pull the plug?

Ahoy @Elenalian,

if you click on every Design in your Designsection and filter for the marketplace you will find a rejectionreason on the upper left.

I had a short look into your account and unfortunatly I have to recommend you to publish your designs only in your shop as almost all of your designs dont meet our quality standards for the marketplace. Of course you can still try to publish them but there is a high risk that your rejectionrate will go up because of this.

Thanx for the info rico, leads me too my next question c, can the graphics service make some of my designs marketable for the fee? I wish i knew if so which one or if any could be transformed into a money maker, an? Also is it true that if there has to be a background it must be in its entirety , and i wondered about pure black background and if i use black fabric, or on non fabric items ,would they be accepted in the marketplace? I noticed that some of my designs Are published in the market so i guess my main query is can graphics service frankenstein my design(s) and breath new life into them?

of course you can use our graphic service for any of your designideas. But using our service is still no guarantee that the design will sell.
The main reason why your graphics arent suitable for our marketplace is because of the background. We recommend always a transparent background except for the posters. But for posters very specific pixelsizes are required on the other hand.
