Hi. I just want to ask a question. I’ve uploaded a product a couple of days ago, and when I search on it, it doesn’t appear on marketplace. The number of pages is short, so I’ve browsed them all.
what could be the problem? I’ve included tags, so there’s no way they won’t appear. I want to make sure my designs are up there and can be viewed by customers.

as you are a Starter you dont have instant publishing yet. You have to wait until the whole checking process is done. This can take up to 10 days depending on the overall upload volumes of all designers.
After you leveled up to the next starclass your uploaded designs will be instantly online right after uploading it, except the automatic checking algorithms found something suspicious and hold it back until whole check is done.
Currently you just have to keep calm and wait a little.
