i just launched, why do all my orders say pending except the one i placed? should i have waited? will people be refunded?

Hi, do you refer to your account statistic, or where exactly you see “pending”?
As of now I see all the orders as “sent and paid” so maybe it was just a buffer time between placing the order and being produced and sent?
