which Design exactly do you mean? Could you provide the DesignID?
I had a short look into your account and found only published designs except 1 designs that was uploaded on 20/01/22. As you are in Starclass 2 your designs normally got published instantly. But sometimes the automatic checking processes find something suspecious so that theyre not able to classify. Those designs have to be fully reviewed like all Designs in Starclass 1. So the mentioned design is one of those designs. But most time the designs will get accepted then.
So no need to worry, but to keep calm. It surely still will take some days.
Besides this specific design you can still upload other designs that will be published instantly.

Hey @Yana_Komova_shop,
I think you are mistaking something. Only Design 1043474212 is currently not online due to the fact that the system found something suspecious as mentioned in my last post.
All other Designs you mentioned are already online and findable in your showroom. But there is one restriction: Kids- and Babies Products will always be only available after the full check is done although all other products you created with those designs ares already online.
So for the mentioned designs you already have stickers and accessories for example. After the full reviewing process is done also the kids- and babiesproducts will follow.

This can take 10-15 days. You could also write an email to the colleagues at verify@spreadshirt.com.
