Hello! I am new here and just created my online store and uploaded a couple of designs. But when I am searching for my designs i can’t find it. I have it in my store and it shows published. Please help)

Hey @Nazipian,
I had a quick look into your account. None of your designs where approved for our marketplace because they dont meet our requirements. Some of your designs were approved for your shop but the majorit was rejected for both point of sales.
This is the reason why you wont find any design of yours on our marketplace and only a few in your shop.
I would recommend not to upload those kind of pattern-designs and create some other designs with removed backgrounds that fit more the need of customers.

How do I know if my designs are approved or not?
I posted 2 designs (my first designs) 2 or 3 days ago, I still don’t see them in my showroom and when I go to the design section, it says published.

The link you posted is the url from your PartnerArea. Could you make a screenshot including the url si that I can see whats wrong within your PartnerArea? Because for me everything looks like it should.
How long does it take for a design collection to move from pending to available or published I uploaded 4 designs but only 1 showing thanks

there are several diferent checking methods during the overall checking process. Sometimes the automatic processes found a possible issue. In those cases the design wont go online instantly and has to go through the whole checking process until it appears.
The overall checcking process can take up to 7 days.
Designs where the automatic processes didnt found anything will be instantly online but will still be checked.
I’m still having problems with new designs. I posted 4 new designs on the 18th of May (stickers and accessories only) It says published but I don’t see them in my showroom (English) but apparently if I switch my browser to french I can see the new designs? Why is this happening??? There is no text at all in these designs. I don’t even understand why French? my computer is set in English, my browser is set in English. Is there a magic button to decide which design is allowed in which language??? please help!!!

the simple reason is because you created your account on the french canadian domain. Thatswhy all of your uploaded Designs will appear there first. After your designs passed the whole checckin procedure they will also be available on .com.

I was wondering what’s going on with my designs. They have been ‘In Review’ for ages, and I can’t see any of my designs when I search on Spreadshirt.
I really want to design more, but I don’t see the point, if they aren’t even available.

in review for ages? Your oldest design was uploaded on april 20th. As you are in the starter class you dont have the instant publisching feature yet. Reviewing process for the first designs can take 10-15 days.
After you successfully published 10 designs you will level up to starclass 2 and your next uploaded designs will e published instantly.
So everything yo have to do is stay calm and wait for the review. As long as your designs do not violate our guidelines they will get published soon. But you still dont have 10 designs in your account - so you need to upload some more to make sure to level up to Starclass 2.
