New Shop Owner Receiving a 404 Error

Hi there! New owner here. I’ve activated my site but am receiving a 404 Error. Everything seems to be in order, but I’m wondering if my designs are still under review and that’s the cause. Does anyone know the timeline for review/approval and if that would cause the error?

Hi! The 404 is shown when there are no designs in your showroom. The design check usually takes about a week. If it has been longer, please get in touch with legal@spreadshirt.com.
