I just want to know How long does it take for a design to be approved ? Because my designs in marketplace still pending . And thank you .

Normaly the design will be displayed instantly online after you published it in your Partnerarea. The Checking process wich consists of several different checking methods and processes runs in the background. Sometimes the system finds something critical or at leas thinks it found something critical. In this case the design wont be online instantly but only after the whole checkingprocess is over. This is a kind of security for us and for you as well.
Depending on the overall upload volumes it can take up to 8 days until the checking proces is finished. Usually it doesnt take this long but 3-4 days for sure.
If you could give me a designID I could chek if there is something wrong or if everything is normal and you just have to wait.

I found the “issue”. I didnt know that you are in the Starter-class. Starters dont have the possibility for instant publishing. All designs need to be checked first and as mentioned this can take some days.
After you published 10 designs you will level up to the next starclass and your designs will be instantly online (with the mentioned exceptions in case of risky content).
So I would reccommend to upload at least 10 designs that meet our requirements and guidelines and publish them on our marketplace. After that you have to stay patient a while until check is finished and then you will level up.

the ID you send me was your PartnerID. What I need is the Design-ID to check which of your designs has some issues.
Could you provide me the mentioned ID please? You can also just go into the edit mode of the related design in your partnerarea and copy the very long number- and character-code from from the url. You will find it in the url after the last backslash.

Imagine everyone would just copy and paste free for commercial use designs to our marketplace - the customers would only see multiple variants of the same basic design.
