I am facing a frustrating sync issue with the SpreadApp. Recently; new products I add or updates I make (like price changes or description edits) on the Spreadshirt web platform are not appearing in the app. For example; I added several new designs; but after hours of waiting and multiple refresh attempts, these products are still missing from the app’s product list.
I have tried a variety of troubleshooting steps. I have refreshed the app multiple times; logged out and back in, cleared the app’s cache, and even reinstalled it; but nothing has resolved the problem. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S21 running Android 13, with the latest version of the app installed; so I don’t think it’s an issue with my device or app version.
This problem is making it difficult to manage my shop efficiently while on the go; as I rely on the app to keep things updated. Manually checking the web interface for updates isn’t practical; especially when I’m away from my computer. I am starting to wonder if this could be a bug or a server-side delay that needs attention.
I would appreciate any guidance from the community . If this is a known issue; is there an update planned to address it? I also suggest adding a “Sync Now” button to allow users to manually refresh the app’s data. I have checked SpreadApp - Forum - Spreadshirt splunk SpreadApp - Feedback- Bugs-Improvements discussions but still need help.
