I wrote a new topic last night, and it seems like Spreadshirt deleted it today for some reason. When I refresh my post, it says “Sorry, you don’t have access to that topic!” WHY???

Here is what I wrote last night since I need help:
I had about 5 spreadshops. After the migration, I only have 2 spreadshops. I am trying to start over and create new shops and new products again, but I can’t figure it out.
I made a new spreadshop. The only option I can find in the dashboard is “Designs” and I can’t get past that page.
(1) If I click on one of my designs, how do I make new products for my shop?
(2) If I don’t want to use a design, how do I make new products for my shop that only have text?
(3) If I want to make products using some awesome designs in the marketplace (in the past, I have promoted their products and they get commissions when I make a sale for a win/win), how can I do this?
Please provide some helpful (detailed) instructions to help me make new products for my 3 scenarios above. Thanks.
