I am ordering 2 different t-shirts (men’s slimfit tshirt and premium ladies tshirt) with print front, back and sleeves. I can upload every file when I’m doing it from the front or back design window… But every single time I try to open the sleeve design window, every uploaded file is suddenly greyed out and “can’t be printed” (no reason given). I can put every file on the front and back, but nothing whatsoever on the sleeves??? It’s strange and really annoying. I’ve tried 3 different browsers, changing the file format from PNG to SVG, everything… Nothing seems to work?? Must be some sort of bug, because it doesn’t make sense that it can be printed on front and back but not on the sleeves… Can anyone help???

If Spreadshirt shows “cannot print” when uploading a design, it’s likely due to low resolution (below 200 DPI), incorrect file format (use PNG/SVG), or the design exceeding the printable area. Ensure the file is within 4000x4000 pixels and 10MB, with a transparent background and clear contrast. Adjust the design to fit the green print area in the tool. For vector files, convert all elements to paths. Check product-specific print methods (e.g., Digital Direct for PNG). Clear browser cache or try another browser if issues persist.
