Here is the problem i facing when opening the custom tabs, anyone can help me on this?

But the ID problem made me cannot create the tab in facebook page.

This is a screenshot of your product catalog. A completely different topic, than the “Custom Tab” option, discussed in that thread.
Is your question about the Product Feed / Product Catalogs / displaying products on a standard shop tab?
Or are we talking about a Custom Page Tab? (also called iFrame HTML Tab)
This screenshot is from Facebook business account. I looking for the way to make a custom tab on Facebook page to display the products. But when I import the product css, this problem pop out.

The Custom Tab is applicable if you want to display your whole website’s shop page within FB.
If you just like to display & offer your shop articles, there is a much easier way that uses your Product Catalog.
Just go to the overview page of your Catalog within the Business Manager.
There is a column that includes some tips on the left.
There should be a link: like “open a new shop”
Follow the instructions there and your Shop will be fed from your Product Feed automatically.
