Trying to upload a design as SVG…keep getting the following error that I’ve never seen before. To make sure it wasn’t just the new design getting the error, I have tried uploading previous SVG designs that have already been uploaded without any issue. Now those files won’t upload either and get the same error…
Anyone else having this issue? It’s been doing this to me since Thursday 11.09.23
I didn’t know you could upload an SVG?! I used one of my transparent png files, converted to svg and tried uploading it. No problem. It uploaded great, which prompts me to ask, what size file did you upload? Was it high res enough? Anywho, I was sorely disappointed at how crappy png to svg conversion go. Why are you uploading .svg in the first place?

Usually, the designs are rejected if they would not work for flex print. For example, the design has more than three paths, or it has very small details. If that is the case, I would also recommend using a PNG instead.
