i uploads png transparent file. all other products look right but the sticker is totallt white.
when uploading svg it says error why is that?
I ran into this issue with water bottles. Is the design white? Because if so, it’ll not show up on the stickers because they don’t print white ink on the stickers
Thank you for letting us know. We have deleted the travel mug with white logo from our product offering. The proof on our end shows that it is working correctly, however, we wouldn’t want you to purchase a mug and have it arrive like it was showing up online.
