is the F-bomb allowed at all? I’ve opened a store on Teepublic and without warning, they closed my shop, giving me vague reason why… even though I’ve marked my design as “mature”. AI isn’t giving me a clear answer so I thought I ask in the forums.
Hey, what happened to the1st amendment? If you can say it, you should be able to show it. I can stand on a corner with an FU sign and nobody can shut that down, without incurring serious penalty.
I had a design removed, but not after I ordered a couple for myself. Spreadshirt printed and shipped my banned design My solution going forward was to find a company doing iron on transfers. Additionally, you can find Amazon and Etsy sellers who will print your designs. Heck, maybe its time for you to open an Etsy shop?!
I’m tired walking on egg shells. When I browse the shops I see a lot prints using the F-bomb. I assume Its OK. I’ve contact spreadshirt staff but heven’t heard back yet.
Yes. I have lot of mature designs.
Other sites will ban you for that. But this site haven’t banned before this.
You should do research on when and where the 1st amendment applies. It does not apply to MANY places, like YouTube, Facebook, IG, TikTok, Spreadshirt, Spreadshop… even ‘X’ has limitations, believe it or not. Free speech is not absolute.
Hi!
If you are not sure if something is allowed, you can get in touch with verify@spreadshirt.com
I can assure you that a design rejection will not cause an account deletion.
