What dimensions do my designs have to be to fit on a hat?

For whatever reason, no matter what design I use, they wont fit on a hat. is it an issue with my dimensions, or could there be another reason that my designs don’t work on hats?

Vector Images for Hats

Hats have a small image area. Perhaps your vectors have too much detail to size down small enough for a hat. In your illustration program, make a copy of your vector design the exact size you want it to print. Make sure the design area for the hat/product is the same size or larger Make a .06" circle and a .04" circle Make sure all design areas are no thinner than .06" circle, and all negative space between the design areas is no thinner than the .04" circle. Hi I seem to have the same problem, my designs always look too small on caps, I know they are in a smaller printing area but, my questions is can I upload designs in different dimensions that would fit the caps printing area better? … any suggestions?

Ahoy @Evergreen_Designs and happy new year,

for your shop you can of course upload designs in different dimensions. But keep in mind that this would result in a design-page with a lot of similar designs.
For the marketplace we are a little bit more restrictive and dont allow to many variations as an uploaded design should fit for the majority of our products and not perfectly for only one.
