When I upload them they are fine.
But after I publish them, and look in the store. They look blurry.
It seemed like after maintenance weeks ago, it when I noticed it.

It seems like a technical issue. Please get in touch with us at partner@spreadshirt.com- we will check what the problem is 
When you upload a high-resolution image, the system compresses them to store in the sever. When they are compressed, it affects the quality of image.
They should not be compressed.
I had the same problem with image resolution. I then tried uploading at a higher resolution
