Organization and Architecture – A Guide to an efficient IT Delivery Organization

Agility is not an end in itself and is not always desirable to the same extent. But what do you do in an IT organization to determine how much agility you need when and where? How do you cut agile teams and what responsibility do they have with regard to the architecture of an overall system? How does the organization influence the architecture and how can this be exploited?
