The problem is that I had to order a **'s small but what I really needed was a toddler size but I didn't see it offered in a toddler size.

Tshirt is great. It says kids & didn’t state if toddlers sizes or other. Upon looking at size chart I knew it would be a shirt to grow into & maybe shrink so I still ordered it! We can do things to adjust length & width at same time so that’s okay. I didn’t expect the neck opening to be so large!!
