The hoodie was fine, except for the light ** pull. It would have been nicer to have black to match the hoodie. What was disappointing was the customization.

I ordered a 4XL. The tag says 4X, but it fits more like a 2X. It didn't even come close to fitting me! I am very disappointed!

Great hoodie, very comfortable. XL size is roomy for me (178cm/5'10") but exactly what I wanted. Embroidery quality is excellent.

The sweatshirt is good quality. The recipient of the gift really likes it. The only change I would make would be the ** of the hood cords; they are a light blue but it would make sense if they were white or navy so they don't stick out as much.
