Design Contest: The Scarier the Better

Bring us your gory and dripping with fright. Designs so scary we won’t sleep at night. We like monsters and creatures and witches and ghouls. Show us your dark side, break all the rules. Enter this contest and win a cool prize. Now all of you werewolves and zombies must RISE!

Between September 1st and September 22nd at noon, Spreadshirt is throwing a spooky, scary, slimy, gory, nasty design contest. We are looking for your craziest and darkest designs. Feel free to make them a little playful for our kid’s line or a little more intense for our adult customers.

Here’s what you need to do to enter:

1. Create a design
2. Upload it to your user account
3. Publish it to our Marketplace
4. Send us your design ID, name and email address by filling out the attached form (submissions must be limited to 2 designs per entrant)

The contest closes once the clock strikes noon on Monday, September 22nd, and our hideous and nasty panel of ghosts and goblins will see which designs scare their hair white. They’ll decide which ones make them want to run and hide under the covers. In other words, they’ll pick the group of designs that will move on to Round 2. 😉

Round 2

After our judges have chosen three designs they’ve deemed creepy enough to move on, they will post them on Spreadshirt’s Facebook page. Each of our Round 2 designers will receive a $50 coupon good for anything on spreadshirt.com. Between September 26th and September 28th, visitors to our Facebook page can vote on the design they feel is the best by simply clicking the “like” button.

The Winner

The winner will be presented not only on Facebook, but will also have a feature in our weekly newsletter and will be interviewed for a spotlight post on our blog. They’ll also receive twenty $5 coupons that they can give out to help promote their shop and sell their designs.
