  2. Uploaded the senior 2020 design and it was accepted for sale on the marketplace showroom. I have a digital design store and customers asked me to make this design for 2021, and some designs for 2022, back in the summer. I did and the digital design sells great. But when I uploaded the senior 2021 design to the marketplace showroom, it was rejected. The Halloween-themed designs were all rejected. I read the Marketplace Standards and I don’t know if I can fix it and upload it again or if it’s “hard reject”. I sell designs on microstocks, I have two stores on Etsy with digital products and there are stores on Zazzle. However, I just don’t understand why there are so many rejections. Before uploading the designs, I research the marketplace showroom to match. I see the same designs for 2020 and for 2021 from other sellers, I see halloween designs from other sellers… I’m disappointed… I guess my designs aren’t good enough for the marketplace showroom.

    • Hi Sergei,

please write an email with the IDs of the rejected designs to legal@spreadshirt.com. Our colleagues can give you more information on why your deisgns were rejected.

      Best regards,
      Sandra
