We are experiencing black backgrounds on all model images even though our overall choice for images is transparent. When turn off the transparent option the product images go black and the models go transparent.

I created an ownstanding thread for this, to keep the other post’s topic in line. 
Unfortunately I could not reproduce your experience. All the shop images look fine to me. As well as in your shop and within the shop admin section, too.
I even played around with the settings but I could not see any similar behaviour as described.
Can you provide me some screenshots?
Maybe it´s a CSS malfunction based in your own customized styesheet?

Ok, this apparently is only occurring on office desktop and cell phone (image attached). Opening the website from someone else’s computer shows a transparent background for all images …???
This is indeed a bug. We’re on it! It should be fixed when you read this
