Our card is blocked from making purchases from our Spreadshirt partner shop. We placed a bulk order 2 weeks ago, and since then we cannot place another order. I am assuming this is due to fraud protection, however, we are suppose to be allowed to make purchases after 48 hours.
This also happened when we placed a large order of gift cards and we needed someone from Spreadshirt to add our email to the system.
Please help, customer service can’t help us with back end developer bugs that are permanently blocking us from purchases
