How to remove the Spreadshirt Affiliate Banners

Hi Everyone,

How do i remove the following:

1. The affiliate banner at the top and the customize link

Trying to get people focus on my shop while having these ads will defeat the purpose of conversion because people would rather create and sell their own from my shop than buy from my shop.
