why the commission payment has not been paid?

are you talking about your Account on the .com domain? Ore are you talking about an account on the EU-platform?
I’m asking because we had some technical issues with the payouts on the EU platform and this process will be rolled out today again. But for the .com domain there was no issue so in this case we need to check individually. Please let me know which account is affected so I can have a look whats going on.
a little (but important) additional info:
you need to provide either TIN or SSN (or both) within your partnerarea. otherwise we cant do the payout. This information is still missing. After you entered it the next payout should work.
