I have so many ideas but having issues finding a good way to create them. Please help! Just want to make some shirts for myself not necessarily looking to sell want to start out making a few for myself. Thanks

I have been using Corel Draw/Corel Photo Paint for - geez - a lot of years and it has everything needed. It’s not free, but below Photoshop price range and i.m.o. has much more to offer. But i’m sure, that to start off, some of these above mentioned free programs are great.
