Are all products printed and processed on demand in the USA?
Yes. All custom products are printed in the USA, at our production facilities in either Greensburg, PA, or Henderson, NV. Print-on-demand allows us to only print the products when an order has been placed. This prevents overproduction and is what makes our model particularly sustainable.
What happens to returned products?
At just 2%, we’re lucky to have the lowest return rates in the industry. Everything that we get back is either donated or recycled. Find out more about donations and recycling here.
What sustainability measures do you take in the production of my clothing?
Since 2019, we have not used any paper during the production in any of our facilities – a saving equivalent to 767 trees per year. By using sustainable inks, and energy efficient production processes, we can ensure your custom goods have a greatly reduced environmental impact.
How can I tell which products have been produced using sustainable materials?
Use the filters on our product page. If you click on the organic products button, all the products for our sustainable range will be shown.
How eco-friendly is the printing process?
We use certified sustainable inks, vegan pigments, and particularly water and energy efficient printing methods.
How big is Spreadshirt's sustainable product range?
Our organic selection is constantly growing. By the end of 2022, our aim is to have a sustainable alternative on almost all products.
